Prices and Currency
Etico is a New Zealand company and prices are in New Zealand dollars and are including a 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Orders are processed in NZD only and we cannot accept payments in other currencies.

In certain circumstances a payment may be processed but the product is subsequently found to be out of stock. In this case the customer will notified and given the opportunity to either wait for the product or cancel for a full payment reversal.

About our Packaging
We use pre-loved, re-usable and recyclable packaging to get your parcel to you. The post bags we use are 100% biodegradable and compostable in your home garden – the worms will eat them up in no time! Sustainable packaging is a priority for us so if you have any ideas or suggestions, please get in touch with us at .
We offer free shipping on orders over $99 (excluding bulky items). The product description will indicate if the item is too bulky to be eligible for free shipping.
Once you make your purchase, we take great care in packaging your product/s and getting your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
We will dispatch your item/s within 48 hours of receiving your order. Most of our packages will be sent without a Signature Required unless they are of high value. If you would like your parcel signed for, please let us know in the Comments box at Checkout.
Delivery is normally within 2 to 3 days (Monday-Friday), however delivery to rural addresses may take an extra 1-2 days. If you would like a next day service or Saturday delivery please let us know as soon as possible and we will advise you of the additional charges.
Free personal delivery is available for Lincoln locals with the postcode 7608. Viewings are also welcome by appointment.
Items cannot be shipped to a PO Box number or Private Bag.
Delivery within New Zealand
We offer a Flat Shipping Rate within New Zealand of $6.00 which includes rural delivery. Orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping.
Our delivery target is (1-3 working days) and all parcels are tracked via NZ Post & Courierpost.
Delivery to Australia
We offer a Flat Shipping Rate to Australia of $15.00 which includes rural delivery. Orders over $199 are eligible for free shipping.
Parcels to Australia will be sent via International Air Parcel (3-10 days un-tracked service). Please get in touch with us if you would like your parcel sent via International Courier (tracked service with signature required) but please note there will be an additional charge for this service.
Shipping options include un-tracked International Air Parcel (3-10 working day delivery) or tracked International Courier (2-6 working day delivery). Please note that if you choose the un-tracked option, Etico cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post.
Please note our rates do not include local taxes or duties that may be payable on arrival in the country of destination. These are the responsibility of our customer. Please contact your local Customs office for further information.
We really value our customers and have set up our loyalty programme to thank and reward you for supporting Etico and ethically made.
For every $200 spent, you’ll receive a $20 voucher to spend in our online store.
To join our loyalty programme just register for an account using our home page Account icon or opt in at Checkout. We will then keep track of your purchases with us.
Loyalty points will be collected on all purchases online and a coupon emailed to you when you reach 20 points (or $200). The voucher will expire after 90 days.

Returns and Exchanges
We are sure you will love your purchase from Etico but if it isn’t quite what you were looking for or you simply wish to return it, please contact us at within five business days of receiving your item to arrange a return.
We will accept items for a store credit or refund provided the goods are received by us within 21 days of purchase date, they are unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs should you change your mind.
If an item arrives in a faulty or damaged state, please contact us within two business days. We will provide you with either a full refund or a store credit (inclusive of shipping costs).
