Prices and Currency
Etico is a New Zealand company and prices are in New Zealand dollars and are including a 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Orders are processed in NZD only and we cannot accept payments in other currencies.
Etico reserves the right to change prices of goods advertised on this website, without notice.

In certain circumstances a payment may be processed but the product is subsequently found to be out of stock. In this case the customer will notified and given the opportunity to either wait for the product or cancel for a full payment reversal.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 (excluding bulky items) within New Zealand. The product description will indicate if the item is too bulky to be eligible for free shipping.
Once you make your purchase, we take great care in packaging your product/s and getting your parcel to you as quickly as possible.
We will dispatch your item/s within 48 hours of receiving your order, in most cases using a signature required courier service. This provides both you and us with peace of mind, however if you are happy for the parcel to be left unattended, please let us know in the comments field of your order (note this will be at your own risk).
Delivery is normally within 2 to 3 days (Monday-Friday), however delivery to rural addresses may take an extra 1-2 days. If you would like a next day service or Saturday delivery please let us know as soon as possible and we will advise you of the additional charges.
Items cannot be shipped to a PO Box number or Private Bag.
Please note that in most cases shipping is based on volumetric weights, rather than actual weight.

Returns and Exchanges
We are confident you will love your purchase from Etico but if it isn’t quite what you were looking for or you simply wish to return it, please contact us at within five business days of receiving your item to arrange a return.
We will accept items for a store credit or refund provided the goods are received by us within 21 days of purchase date, they are unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt. Please note we cannot refund shipping costs should you change your mind.
If an item arrives in a faulty or damaged state, please contact us within two business days. We will provide you with either a full refund or a store credit (inclusive of shipping costs).
